This can include order processing and confirmationsBring solutions to customer questions and queries (or forward them to the responsible employee)Creating and updating process documents regarding shipmentsCreating and executing Quality issues in an ETSHandling observances from process documentsObserve the safety, accident prevention and hygiene rulesCompliance with GMP / EHS / SOX requirements and guidelines that are connected to the respective function qualification Who we are looking for:Commercial degree or bachelor studiesProactive and strong communicator in English and GermanBackground in export related fieldsKnowledge of customer service and logistic processesKnowledge of good distribution practice (GDP) is a major plusWell organized and structured method of workCustomer focused.
