job description

We are looking for a Campaign Manager (m/f/d) for Lonza AG (100%). This is a temporary position from 15.09.2022 until 31.03.2023 (maternity cover). Remote work from within Switzerland is possible, with presence on site according to business needs.

Key responsibilities

-Implement and monitor Lonza marketing campaigns with a strong focus on maximizing lead generation and building brand awareness consistent with technology-specific market plans inclusive of event and webinar planning, execution and reporting results. Post and review calendars with commercial teams in the business units.

-Support the tactical mix of inbound and outbound, physical and digital tactics for campaign execution such as events, webinars, Subject Matter Expert content, thought leadership, content marketing etc.) to reach individual program goals and measurement criteria per campaign

-Jointly with the Digital team execute digital programs that attract new prospects inclusive of SEO / SEM optimization. Develop digital content as warranted, e.g. homepages for campaigns. Measure and monitor results

-Together with the Digital team manage communities and implement lead nurturing programs with new and re-purposed content

-Jointly with B&A implement media plans consistent with market plan messaging working with public relations service providers. Post calendars. Measure and monitor results..

-Manage and coordinate promotional outreach associated with campaigns across all channels including sales presentations, brochures, white papers and wider SME content.

qualification

-A Bachelor or Master's degree in Marketing, Communication or similar

-B2B commercial experience

-Extensive experience in content development, market communications, digital marketing. Experience in planning and execution of events/webinars.

-Established knowledge of media channels and contacts, as well as conference channels and vendor contacts

-Be familiar with Salesforce.com and marketing automation tools

-Experience in leading digital 3rd party and other events, as well as executing digital and traditional marketing programs

-Experience in pharma / biotech services industry a plus

-Knowledge and experience in Lonza marketing environment a plus

-Ability to manage multiple tasks and get things done

-Strong project management - well organized and enjoys project related work, forward planning and problem-solving

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills

-Excellence in Microsoft Office, Word, PowerPoint and Excel

-Business fluent English skills
