We are looking for your energetic, flexible and motivated talent for our international client in the premium dental industry as:

Customer Service Specialist 100% (m/w) - 6 Months

About your tasks:

  • You are responsible for the complete management of customer orders from order to delivery including special requests, invoicing and customer complaints.

  • You are in charge of the daily check up on orders, regarding status, delivery times, delays, packing lists, inventory orders and updates.

  • You handle professional customer communication and update on the shipment status as well as claims, returns, credit notes and keeping of deadlines.

  • You handle coordination with delivery partners and ensure the adequate handling of luxury products.

  • You are responsible to handle the orders according to processes and inform management about issues and take appropriate action.

  • You are in charge of handling customer data in the internal system, including relevant order data that impact payment and shipping information.

  • You make sure that customer requests are handled correctly and keep a steady information flow to management and support to third party customer service teams.

  • You assist with complaints, order issues, account and billing issues as well as cancelations and special requests

  • You handle customer satisfaction reporting on a regular basis

  • You give relevant data and reports to sales and management teams


About you:

  • You have 3-5 years experience in order management and customer service

  • You have a Swiss commercial degree (KV) or equivalent

  • German as a mother tongue or a C1 level minimum

  • You speak and write fluently in English (C1) and French (B2))

  • You can work and organise yourself independently and are able to thrive in a dynamic environment

  • You have solid experience in MS Office, SAP or other IT software

  • You are able to communicate professionally and respond to customer requests

  • You have an efficient and structured work style

  • You are highly motivated, hands on and flexible in your approach
