For our client Lonza AG we are looking for a

Global Mobility Manager 100%

Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop, implement and improve global mobility and relocation programs, policies and administration processes to meet Lonza's business needs.
  • work with local sites to review/assess use oflocal policies and vendors and potential to move to one vendor
  • conduct training/information sessions for HR andManagers with a focus on governance, processes and principles
  • consults and advises HR BPs, Managers, Assignees and Shared Service Center (including payroll) on matters related to Global Mobility/ILH relocation in particular tax and tax compliance and program interpretation and communication, to develop a high level of customer-service and support for assignees.
  • Manage global mobility/ILH tax compliance processes and be responsible for employee tax experience in conjunction with 3rd party tax provider 
  • Identify potential tax issues, evaluate and recommend alternative actions to lessen tax burden and cost of compliance. 
  • strong advocate of the Global Mobility/ILH Policy and practices, in particular program interpretation and communication, to develop a high level of customer-service and support for assignees.

qualification

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (preffered area of study: Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Finance or Tax)
  • 5 - 10 years of relevant experience, ideally in large multinational organizations or tax consulting
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent MS Office in particular Excel knowledge is relevant
  • highly detail oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to problem solve and propose constructive with realizable solutions
  • Proven ability to work productively both independently and as an integral member of various teams
  • Strong customer service focus
