For our client Nestlé based in Lausanne we are actively looking for a

Design Strategist ? 100% - 1 year

Your mission:

• Responsible that teams get access to the most appropriate global Design approach to deliver qualitative MVP
• Be as much of a Design thinker than a Design does
• Proactively propose new WOWs or technologies that trigger speed & efficiency
• Lead Design strategy through partnership with Innovation or Design agencies
• Be a recognized ambassador of the Accelerator in the organization

End to End Design Development:

• Contribute to Design Development of all accelerator projects with a proactive participation from ideation to shop test by taking into account imperatives of the Business (Safety, Technology; Sustainability, Feasibility, Viability, Desirability); Organize the sharing of Information & Development within Accelerator team.
• Manage among stakeholders, negotiate with Nestlé decision makers and business partners (Innovation agencies, Design agencies, Co-packer, Printer…)
• Create synergies through effective networking with all relevant R&D Units, business partners, zones, markets, SBUs, Head Office, external partners (Open Innovation)
• Develop People in Design competences
• Identify Talent, Train, Coach & support trainees and propose for employment

• Strong internal and global network in Design, Insights, Marketing, Culinary, Packaging, Manufacturing & Regulatory
• Demonstrated skills to develop a concept visually and physically from draft to shelf
• Demonstrated skills in Brand understanding & Industrial Design (Material & Processes)
• Demonstrated skills in stakeholder management and presentation skills
• Demonstrated cross category experience in Product development and launches
• Strong capacity to pivot and adapt an MVP to gain knowledge
