Are you ready to work in one of the most innovating and creative department of Philip Morris?

For a temporary assignment to support the Science & Innovation department of our client, the company Philip Morris International in Lausanne, we are looking for a: 

Project Manager

Long-term Temporary assignment

Start-date: as soon as possible

The opportunity:

You will contribute to the strategic projects of a team dedicated to new business incubation. Your experience will allow you to work in a dynamic, fast-paced and exciting environment.

More in particular you will take care of three main activities:

RESEARCH AND ANALYSIS

- Conduct financial, product, market, operational researches and provide review to support strategic and business planning

- Interpret, evaluate and interrelate research data and develop integrated business analyses for incorporation into strategic decision-making

- Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing market information and trends

- Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency and edge

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

- Monitor projects progress by tracking activity and publishing progress reports

- Manage project management tracking internal tool

- Prepare projects presentations to management

- Support team with coordination of internal and external resources for the flawless execution of projects

- Perform recurring reviews and analyses of current progress using operational KPIs

OFFICE MANAGEMENT:

- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments

- Manage relationships with vendors and service providers, ensuring that all items are ordered, invoiced and paid on time

- Provide general support to visitors

- Responsible for creating PowerPoint slides and making presentations

- Remain updated on technical and professional knowledge required by the team members

- Ensure security, integrity and confidentiality of information

- Review and obtain approval for business and office supply acquisitions

qualification

- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of study (business, marketing, digital  and such) or equivalent

- Ideally 6 years of experience in a similar position and in a fast-paced international environment, with proven experience in project management

- Knowledge of business and management principles

- Fluent in English

- Proficient in web searching and MS Office

- Analytical

- Attention to detail and problem solving skills

- Ability to work independently and with others

- Extremely organized with strong time-management skills

- Entrepreneurial
