Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensuring on-time delivery of direct materials to achieve a fluent product production.
  • Coordinate supplier complaints/Investigation related to quality issues 
  • Support local supply chain according to defined goals & objectives
  • Local representative for the Site Schaffhausen in twin concept with global procurement 
  • Reporting of key purchasing indicators and budget of assigned commodities
  • Build and maintain relationship with suppliers in collaboration with Global Procurement
  • Identify, support, and lead quality and cost improvement projects through Total Cost of Ownership and LEAN thinking

qualification

Who we are looking for:
  • High School Diploma, post secondary education in business, computers, or office management is an asset.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years experience in a pharmaceutical environment
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Very effective organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, handle conflicting interests, and take decisions
  • Team player
  • Showing a high sense of responsibility regarding professional activities
