On behalf of our estimated Client, important company in IT sector, we are currently looking for a SAP HCM Functional Consultant.

Responsibilities

Knowledgeable with all SAP HCM modules including Payroll, Benefits, Time Management, etc.
Resolve issues with US Payroll Master data, Time, Payroll, Benefits, work with the business to define requirements and coordinate with IT team.
Analyzes user needs and develops user requirements. Creates a detailed Functional Requirements Document.
Building effective working relationships with the business; understanding their issues, concerns, and priorities.
Take the lead role in assisting with the business case, planning and monitoring,
Translating and simplifying requirements. Identifying areas that may require systems solutions.
Leading and/or participating in the business process analysis, testing, system cutover, documentation, and training of system functionality.
Analyzing change in light of current business processes, assessing impact on other SAP modules
Partnering with other functional and technical teams to ensure quality delivery.
Following standards and best practices in the delivery of solutions.

What are we looking for?

Bachelor's degree preferably in Computer Science, Information technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline or equivalent.
Minimum of 8+ Minimum Experience in SAP HR / HCM project implementation and rollout experience primarily SAP Payroll and Talent Management modules .
Strong understanding of SAP HCM process and local statutory reporting and audit requirements
Written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills
Understanding of process harmonization concepts
Knowledge of solution techniques and methods
Language - Italian Native and English- B1 level or above.
Willingness to travel within Europe as needed.
