Supply Chain Planner

We are looking for a dynamic Supply Chain Planner who will be part of the Diversified Brands E2E Supply Chain organization. You will be responsible for meeting inventory targets, maintaining supply to markets, supporting the launching coordination of the upcoming products, establishing a healthy efficient communication with our partners and make the most efficient use of site resources for the manufacture and packaging.
In this role you will work closely with Product Leads/Value Chain Manager to define, align, and support brand strategies (for example: Network Transfer and Portfolio Optimization) and will be part of the Global Supply Chain Management Organization.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Create supply plan for Finish Goods, Bulk and API (up to 36-months-horizon)
- Manage Purchase Order/Stock transfer orders
- Adhere to Escalation Management, Information flow and escalation in Tier process.
- Participate and representing Product portfolio in Site Supply Reviews, Global Supply Review and Demand Review
- Allocation Management in case of unbalancing situation between Demand and Supply
- Maintain the Master Data and Planning Parameters
- Inventory Reporting & Discard Management in relation to product portfolio
- Supply Chain optimization in relation to product portfolio
- Profit Plan, Volume Plan
- Network Changes / Transfers
- Product Lifecycle Management (Launch / Discontinuation)
- Monthly Scorecard Reporting of Standard KPI`s
Must Haves:
- Preferably bachelor’s degree on a related field (Manufacturing, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business management)
- Experience in Supply Chain Management
- Experience working with different region/country/stakeholder management.
- Advanced and demonstrated knowledge of planning systems (SAP ERP, SAP APO DP/SNP).
- MS Office experience (proficient Excel user) and QlikView knowledge
- Must possess excellent interpersonal, communication, collaboration, negotiation, and project management skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage and improve processes and to drive changes
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both operational personnel as well as senior leaders
- Able to function well in a cross-cultural, diverse & inclusive environment
- APICS CPIM or CSCP certification or any other post graduate education in SC Management is an advantage
- Fluent English
