Mansioni in ambito Acquisti (40%)

Gestire le proprie categorie di acquisto ed i rispettivi fornitori / trasporti
Collaborare per la selezione/qualifica e valutazione dei fornitori di servizi (confezionamenti o altri materiali di consumo)
Creare / gestire anagrafica fornitori
Coordinarsi con produzione, quality assurance , quality control e magazzino per la definizione dei requisiti aziendali relativi ai materiali usati nei processi produttivi (materie prime, intermedi, finiti)

Mansioni ambito Spedizioni/trasporti a terzi (60%)

Gestire le spedizioni e la relativa documentazione di spedizione interna ed esterna
Gestire le relazioni con spedizionieri, corrieri, dogane, terzisti, rappresentanti fiscali, camera di commercio ed altri
Gestire resi e reclami

qualifications
E' richiesto :
- Esperienza in una posizione analoga in ambito farmaceutico (API, prodotto finito, medical devices, integratori).
- Conoscenze in ambito approvvigionamento materiali diretti ed indiretti
- Conoscenze in ambito di trasporti terrestri ed aerei
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese, la conoscenza del tedesco costituisce titolo preferenziale
- Capacità relazionali, di comunicazione e di negoziazione
Si offre contratto a tempo indeterminato al 80 o 100 % a seconda delle proprie necessità personali direttamente alle dipendenze del nostro cliente.
