Randstad has 55 years of experience in the area of HR Management. Under the Randstad Inhouse Services concept, Randstad becomes a full service supplier providing consultancy to international clients. For a long term temporary assignment in the HR Department of our client, the company Philip Morris International, based in Lausanne, we are seeking for a:
Talent Acquisition Administrator
Long term temporary assignment
Manage administrative activities of the team (meetings, agendas, logistics, calendar)
Support creation of the Jam communication platform for Linkedin recruiters (project)
Operational support for various Linkedin initiatives (such as playbooks and communication materials)
Providing full support for the onboarding project, cooperating with global TA teams on gathering feedback, defining the final structure and timeliness
Providing support in global TA analysis and communication materials to large audience/top management, whenever necessary


Fluent in English (written/spoken)
College/University or Junior College/Professional School degree
Previous experience in HR is required, ideally in an international environment
Strong MS Office PC skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Attention to details and numbers
Ability to work in a changing, demanding environment
We are looking for someone with very good organizational and planning skills, a high level of independency, flexible and able to multi-task effectively in a fast paced environment. The person should be proactive, with a high sense of confidentiality and strong attention to details.
