Test Manager - eCommerce - Retail.

Are you a test manager looking for a new challenge in eCommerce and Retail environments?
Are you able to lead testing activities in a multi-cultural and international structure?
Are you able to define and execute manual tests working with technical, functional and end-user teams?
Then we have an opportunity for you.

Ideally with ISTQB certification and a proven background of leading test and QA activities, within your area of responsibility, you will be required to:

• Develop the test strategy;
• Create the test plan;
• Act as main point of contact for all test activities.
• Perform end-to-end testing

And you will:

• Provide resource, cost and time estimates for the test process;
• Ensure testing documentation is structured and communicated;
• Lead scrum meetings where required;
• Manage hardware and software requirements to perform tests;
• Escalate key project requirement issues related to hardware, software, resources, budget to ensure deliverables are kept within testing timetables;
• Prepare end-phase metrics are completed and shared;
• Ensure test division methodology followed

You will have a proven background as a manual tester and comfortable with a variety of platforms and technology, ideally within an eCommerce context.
You will be able to work to agile methodology, be a strong and persuasive communicator.
End-to-end testing experience is key.
Experience in system and data integration projects would be highly appreciated.

Above all, this is a role for someone at ease with testing processes in a complex international environment capable of working to team goals and managing individual responsibilities and demands.

English language skills are essential for this position with French a clear plus.
