We're on the lookout for an exceptional Sales and Business Development Manager who can supercharge our entry into the medical staffing domain. This role isn't just about maintaining the status quo; it's about defining it. You'll be our champion in spearheading sales initiatives, unlocking new business avenues, and setting the pace for our newest business line. This is your chance to make a lasting mark, leading a significant chapter in our company's storied legacy.

main responsibilities

  • Oversee the complete recruitment process for healthcare professionals, from sourcing to placement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare organizations, understanding their specific staffing needs and fulfilling them efficiently.
  • Design and implement tailored recruitment strategies, keeping in line with client needs and market trends.
  • Handle all aspects of credential verification, background checks, and the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Work closely with the Sales Development Manager to ensure that sales and recruitment strategies are well-aligned.
  • Manage job postings, attend industry events, and utilize social media to create brand awareness and attract top talent.
  • Continuously evaluate and refine recruitment processes and tools to increase efficiency and quality.
  • Ensure that all recruitment activities are in compliance with industry regulations and Swiss laws.
  • Keep abreast of healthcare industry trends, salary benchmarks, and licensing requirements.
  • Regularly update internal stakeholders and clients on recruitment statuses and milestones.
