Senior Talent Advisor at Siemens

your typical day includes

You are responsible for the fulfillment of requisitions with the Siemens sites in Switzerland. If necessary, adjust the course of action to ensure fulfillment is met. You act as a responsible person to get in contact with the different stakeholders of the different sites; develop a talent strategy that best suits the client needs and market conditions. You are carrying out the implementation and execution of recruitment and development programs and policies.

  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers and internal team members to ensure adequate sourcing and screening support.
  • Formation of a trusting partnership by building a network of contacts and ensuring first-class service.
  • Proactively communicate with Hiring Managers about requirements, opportunities, and sourcing strategies.
  • Advise client hiring managers on appropriate sourcing strategies.
  • Utilize recruiting and sourcing tools to document and execute sourcing strategies.
  • Provide innovative solutions to overcome recruiting challenges and influence hiring decisions.
  • Provide timely feedback to candidates on interview results.
  • Use influence and persuasion to sell candidates on employment opportunities, extend offers, and negotiate to final acceptance.
  • Execute sourcing methodologies to develop target candidate pipelines.
  • Review CVs/resumes, screen, interview, and assess candidates for fit.
  • Perform standard and non-routine administrative data processing tasks.
  • Provide colleagues with advice on departmental processes.
  • Handle administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Ensure proper documentation of requisition activity, including candidate disposition, for compliance and SLA/KPI tracking.
  • These responsibilities align with the role of a Talent Advisor in your staffing company, focusing on client and candidate management, as well as administrative tasks to support successful talent acquisition and placement.
