We are looking for a highly motivated scientist to join our Analytical Dev&Innovation laboratory in the State-of-The-Art Biotech Development Facility.

Your role:

  • Routine assay testing like LC-MS peptide mapping, LC-MS whole molecule (50% of daily work)
  • Optimization/troubleshooting in LC-MS, LC-UV, to support manufacturing process development of large molecule drugs
  • Optimization/troubleshooting of End to End automatized sample preparation
  • Design experiment and review data or analytical documents in the frame of method performance evaluation
  • Participates as analytical expert to regular teleconferences and meetings with customers and internal team meetings as appropriate

You will participate to the design, planning and execution of assigned development-related experiments using existing or investigational procedures.

You will apply principles of quality by design (QbD) and of Good Laboratories Practices (GxP).

  • qualifications

    Who you are:

    • You have a master's degree in biotechnology, chemistry, biochemistry or a related subject
    • You have a minimum of 1-year experience in therapeutic recombinant protein analysis with hands-on experience in LC-MS
    • Experience with automatic liquid handler, Tecan would be a plus
    • Experience with statistical data analysis using R or JMP, monitoring data quality and troubleshooting technical problems
    • Familiarity with ?VBscript, Python, or LIMS or other relevant enterprise software packages would be a plus
    • You have excellent oral and written communication skills in English
    • You have rigorous attention to detail
    • You have a high degree of self-motivation, commitment, reliability and flexibility
