To strengthen our presence in the Romandie, we are looking for an ambitious and experienced colleague to join our company as

Account Manager Romandie

Analyzing and management of a key account customer: continuous improvement of the service and performance by closely interacting with and advising the customer

  • Knowing the client strategy and advising client regarding extra services and new approaches to create added value and better performance
  • Continuous and proactive analysis of the services standards and proposals for actions on improvement for the customer
  • Organizing and conducting local and national business reviews together with the process manager and working together with the global account team (Randstad enterprise group)
  • Proactively advising the customer regarding how to decrease costs and increase productivity in coordination with the onsite teams

Leading HR specialists

  • Ensuring communication, transparency and motivation of the teams on site
  • Follow up, evaluation and adjustment of results on different sites
  • Ensuring HR data is always accurate, up to date, available and insights shared with the client
  • Evaluation of the competencies and performances of the HR specialists, with the aim of development
  • Communication of information and strategy to the teams and leading implementation (strategy, decisions etc.)

Project management: innovation and new services

  • Leading change management within the teams and the client, including the supporting functions and roles
  • Implementation of new tools, technologies and approaches
  • Pro-actively support the Randstad tech and touch strategy by making use of it on the employee and customer side
  • Lead specific projects linked with the site, account and client strategy
  • Manage client escalations in collaboration with the local teams and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented
