HR Business Partner at Randstad Switzerland

main responsibilities

As an HR manager, you liaise between the operations and the management of Randstad and will have to promote the most important asset that our company has, namely 'our people'. You are close to the business and thrive in a deadline-driven environment while balancing multiple stakeholders. Our ideal candidate loves accountability and combines a high passion for excellence, transformation, and leadership with hands-on delivery. As Randstad is a 'human-centric' company, your enthusiasm, stamina, and drive will be important to inspire others and move the general business agenda. You can count on a very dedicated and capable HR team that's great fun to work with.

  • Business Partnering with the business to further develop the attractiveness of Randstad as a great workplace.
  • Responsible for the operational support of the division, including workforce planning, advice on succession planning and performance management, employee development, and recruiting. Supporting the line manager to drive and execute the overall people strategy.
  • Providing expert advice and support to line managers in their management activities along the employee life cycle with a focus on recruiting specialists and managers as well as advising on complex support cases.
  • Coaching on performance and potential assessments, supporting team leaders and individuals in their professional and personal development.
  • Responsible for the area of employer branding with the development of the employee value proposition and further development of the internal and external brand image for employees and potential candidates.
  • Planning, coordinating, and executing HR projects across the organization including tracking and reporting on status, risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Development and optimization of HR tools and processes in the assigned HR competence areas and responsibility for the corresponding project plans.
  • Further development of the Randstad HR roadmap.
