Are you an experienced network security engineer?
Looking for a new job opportunity in a dynamic environment?

This role might be for you!

Location: Basel
Contract: full-time permanent
Home office: 2 days on a weekly basis


YOUR MISSION
  • Plan, install, configure and maintain new and existing networks and IT security systems.
  • Provide 2nd level support as well as initiate measures in case of component failure.
  • Analyze customer needs and develop solution proposals.
  • Monitor the system operations with a special focus on the optimization of network and security systems.
  • Define security and monitoring criteria.
  • Manage other IT projects.

YOUR PROFILE
  • Education in IT or any other relevant area.
  • 3-5 years of experience in engineering and operating IT infrastructures.
  • Strong knowledge of Cisco switchers, Fortinet, firewalls, and security devices.
  • Flexibility and willingness to work on-call hours (4 weeks per year).
  • Fluent in German and English. French is an asset.
