We are actively looking for an Helpdesk Manager, to join a successful company in Switzerland, Zurich.

Role and responsibilities: 

  • Process and be in charge of all customer inquiries and their documentation
  • Monitoring KPIs and ensuring customer requests are addressed in a timely manner and with quality
  • Maintaining and managing the support ticket system and ensuring accessibility for customers and internal stakeholders
  • Measuring and monitoring general customer satisfaction for your own area
  • Achieving set goals and maintaining quality standards and ensuring that the support team is informed about technologies, solutions and products.

Your profile:

  • Training in business administration or computer science or equal
  • +2 years of experience as a technical manager
  • Experience in scheduling and coordinating field operations
  • Knowledge of using helpdesk ticketing systems and analyzing key performance indicators
  • Very good knowledge of German and English, good knowledge of French
