For our client Merck, based in Eysins, we are currently looking for a Lead Industrialization Engineer for a period of 12 months.
Your activities:
· Process validation planning (criteria, methods, capability, etc) and execution in all development phases of all product components and associated processes (molding, electronic and mechanical assembly) in line with product objectives (design specifications, capacity, risks, quality targets etc).
· Manage activites performed by 3rd party partners while giving engineering guidance to fulfill company's requirements and needs.
· Transfer of products into production (including the associated technical documentation), internally and externally, and ensure reliable manufacturing output on the long term .
· Drive excellence and continuous improvement as well as tooling and technology optimization in device manufacturing process, efficiency, productivity and quality, considering the complete 'product life cycle' context and issues.
· Ensures approved device design is correctly translated into process specifications and manufacturing
· Define, validate and execute, internally and with external suppliers, capacity plan and maintenance related to owned assets.
· Responsible for budget management in industrialization scope during all product phases.
