You have several years of experience in project management or leading technical teams in drive systems or wind projects? We are looking for an experienced R&D project manager (all genders) at our clients Power Electronics competence center in Turgi,

In this role you will be responsible for development projects for Medium Voltage Wind converter. You will lead and coordinate the work of R&D engineers from various domains working in your project. You will ensure that milestones and targets are achieved following internal directives and processes. You will control project costs and financials and will inform and update stakeholders and team members regularly.


Your responsibilities in detail:

• Accountable for planning, coordination, execution, and delivery of work packages within the R&D project
• Ensure efficient utilization of available resource capacity and proactively address critical resource bottlenecks
• Analyze budget and estimates. Monitor and control progress, costs, financials, and quality
• Ensure the efficient handling of materials and prototypes
• Proactively identify and remove barriers to execution
• Provide regular and open communication towards stakeholders to ensure transparency of progress and issues
• Lead and motivate resources to accomplish all tasks and milestones

Your Background:

• University degree in engineering, science, or a related field
• Several years of experience in project management or leading technical teams, preferable in the area of drive systems and/or wind projects
• Experience with project planning tools e.g. MS project
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Strong collaboration skills in multi-site and multi-functional environment
