Our client has mandated us to look for an experienced Assistant to manage the day-to-day tasks.On its behalf we are now looking for an organised and professional Team Assistant to support a Commercial Operations team in zurich for 12 monht´s.

Description:

  • Travel organization including booking travel and accommodation
  • Taking care of incoming phone calls and emails
  • Arrange personal and business events or meetings by securing facilities and caterer, issuing information or invitations etc.
  • Preparation of letters, presentations, minutes and reports in English and German

 

 

qualification

Profile:

  • A commercial apprenticeship
  • 5 to 8 years of progressively responsible experience in executive level administrative assistant positions in business or professional organizations
  • Excellent customer service and telephone communication skills
  • Fluency in and English & German, French would be an advantage
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office and its potential to assist your workflow
  • Very good organizational skills
  • Medical or pharma background would be an asset
