For a long term temporary assignment for our client, the company Philip Morris International, based in Lausanne, we are seeking for an:

Executive Administrative Assistant

Temporary assignment (6 months initially)

Start date: As soon as possible

Your role:

You will join the Global Leadership Development team based in Lausanne. In a fast-paced environment you will provide project support with reporting, coordination, scheduling and collaboration with different executive stakeholders and their assistants.

This is an opportunity to join a team that is at the Core of the Executive Development in an highly Transformational context.

More in particular you will:

- Provide detailed reporting and follow-up in Excel

- SAP invoices, Purchase Orders

- Help the team with ad hoc project management tasks

- Support the Vice President of the department for scheduling and coordination on an ad-hoc basis

- Schedule meetings with our Top 200 leaders in the frame of their Development

qualification

- You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role

- Excellent command of English

- Strong knowledge of MS Excel including reporting and SAP

- A passion for planning and following up on details skills with an eye for detail

- Fast learner, able to set priorities and adapt to changing priorities

- Flexible and ready to support requests from different stakeholders within the team
