description du poste

  • Answer questions about the process for getting different types ofdocuments signed and submitting requests for legal review to the legal team
  • Educate our business partners about legal department resources and processes
  • Process contracts and other documents for signature following company policiesand procedures, and archive such signed documents/contracts
  • Assist in the management of legal department hub/legal intranet sites andrelated workflows
  • Respond to requests for copies of signed documents and respond to requests inconnection with audits
  • Work on other legal department projects as needed

qualification

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to learn new systems (e.g., SharePoint and Ariba) quickly
  • Proven experience working in a legal department or similar highly complex job in a fast-paced and pressured Environment
  • Team player who will work overtime during busy periods, and is mindful that the last months of the year are usually the busiest for our legal department
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Attention to detail, even during periods of high-pressure
  • Fluent in English. Other languages a plus, especially German and French
  • Associates degree or equivalent
