Randstad has 55 years of experience in the area of HR Management. Under the Randstad Inhouse Services concept, Randstad becomes a full service supplier providing consultancy to international clients.

For a temporary assignment to support the Digital team of our client, the company Philip Morris International in Lausanne, we are looking for a: 

Digital Staff & Space Project Leader (100%)

Temporary assignment until December 2018 

Start-date: as soon as possible

The opportunity:

Following the start-up-like approach of this department, you will ensure a flawless and efficient space organization. In order to do so you will have to quickly understand the organization and the challenges in a dynamic, fast-paced and exciting environment.

You will be initially based in Lausanne and in a second time frequent travelling to London will have to be taken into account.

More in particular the tasks will be:

1) STAFF PLANNING 30 %

- Coordinate with HR and Finance to develop and execute staff planning and recruitment

- Ensure that business plans and staffing plans align with project and strategy teams

- Work with Capabilities, Training and Development team to ensure proper approach for digital employee on-boarding

- Provide oversight to ensure that all on-boarding components are completed

2) SPACE PROJECT LEADER 70%

- Coordinate with cross functional teams to ensure space requirements and planning

- Plan and Organize space in a strategic and practical way

- Maximize the resources that you will have access to

- Create and orchestrate moves across the digital function

- Ensure the coherence of internal design by liaising with internal stakeholders

- Drive schedules for data collection to ensure proper space and staff planning

- Establish and follow-up timelines following the needs of the company

- Contact and discuss with external suppliers

- Work in close contact with the internal Space Planning team, to ensure maximum collaboration during the project

qualification

- Ideally 5 years of experience in a similar position and in a fast-paced international environment

- Proven and certificated experience in project management

- An experience with transformative environment AND/OR digital is a plus

- Fluent in English, French would be a plus

- Sound knowledge of MS Office tools

- Stress resilient
