You sit around the table with leading customers to get the most attractive jobs for our team. You are also a valuable sparring partner for the business and provide advice and expertise on the most diverse talent opportunities.
Your job with us consists mainly of the following 3 parts:
1. Attract new customers and create opportunities
Sales and networking; you are completely in your element. There is no greater challenge for you than attracting new customers and assignments. You work candidate-driven. To strengthen and expand your relationship network, you will regularly be seen at networking events and expert group meetings.
2. Advise the business and connect with our network
You are the specialist within your area. You identify trends in the market, know which questions are at stake with clients, and are a solid discussion partner. You immerse yourself in the customer's business, think about talent opportunities, and offer the right Randstad service. With the aim: a golden match between talents and clients.
3. Guiding and supporting candidates
Not only clients but also candidates or peers who work with you and can count on your involvement. You know what drives them, advise them on their personal development, and contribute to the smooth running of the HR cycle.
