For our client in Zug, one of the world’s leading providers of diagnostic system solutions for clinics, laboratories and doctors’ offices we're actively looking for a

Project Risk Manager 

Location: Rotkreuz, Switzerland
Contract: 2 years possibility of extension 

Start date: as soon as possible

Your Main duties :

  • Responsible for establishing and executing project management procedures, especially risk management procedures, to deliver projects within scope, budget and time.
  • Drive operational project risk management with all respective Project Teams by continuously enforcing adherence to the risk management process,
  • Facilitating and challenging the risk assessment and ensuring appropriate reporting and documentation,
  • Measuring and reporting dashboards and/or key performance indicators (KPIs) for project risks
  • Support other project manager in fulfillment of their roles 
  • Driving project risk management within and across the projects well as efforts to ensure resolution of problems critical issues 
  • Closely working with all departments to ensure risk assessments are consistent and comparable between teams 

Your profile : 

  • At least 2 yeas of experience in project management using standard processes 
  • At least 1 Year of experience in product development in an international environment, preferably in the Healthcare or IVD industry
  • University degree or equivalent in a scientific or engineering field, or alternatively a technical training with equivalent work experience 
  • Certified PMP or equivalent (preferred)
  • Ability to prioritize, plan and manage multiple tasks with a sense of urgency 
  • Escalating critical topics in a timely and appropriate manner
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships in a multicultural, cross functional environment,
  • English Proficient and German advanced 
  • Well experienced in Microsoft Office
  • Experience in use of risk management tools
