The Global Communication Department of Philip Morris International Management SA in Lausanne, Switzerland is looking for a:

Influencers Communication Executive (temporary long-term assignment)

Your role will be to put in place a series of process regarding the Influencers that are being developed and deployed globally and in several markets.

You will coordinate with and support the global team to ensure a high standard of deployment and development.

Your mission:

1) Influencers strategy contribution:

- Define and refine influencers' strategy together with agencies and in-house creative teams; establish our communication process and strategy based on learnings from markets, business and cross-functional needs

- Identify, engage and manage relationship with influencers leveraging on specific communication plan and assets

- Ensure a seamless cross-functional communication by following-up with key stakeholders on influencers projects in regards to timelines and brand's milestones

- Identify and select tool that can support at scale the growth of influencers' activities

2) Communication and coordination with markets

- Map out and understand local context (regulation, internal organization and key stakeholders etc.) for influencers' marketing

- Collaborate with markets to align on influencers strategy, coordinate influencers activities and content plans with markets

- Build strategic & tactical guidelines for the markets to apply in various campaigns & events; organize trainings, workshops and webinars with markets

3) Communication with Legal:

- Prepare and release global legal influencers guidelines with legal teams

- Cross-check all influencers with legal teams to ensure global guidelines implementation

4) Research and analytics:

- Research top influencers, competitors and trends in other industries

- Align on influencers quantitative and qualitative KPIs / metrics framework and measurement across markets, with global agency and central teams (Digital, Market research etc.) to ensure reporting consistency

- Analyze and report influencer engagement based on key priority markets on a bi-weekly and monthly basis

- Create reports at global, local, campaign, influencer level and share results with markets and central teams

 

qualification

 

- 2 years of experience in a Communication & Marketing role

- 2 year of experience in Social Media Marketing or Digital Marketing

- SEO, CRM, Google Analytics and similar skills would be a plus

- Fluent English level

- Solid knowledge of MS Office and at ease with databases' management

- Excellent communications skills, with ability to interact with varying stakeholders from Agencies, Markets, Heads of Departments

- High attention to detail and high standards

- Team player and able to build excellent professional working relationships with peers and management in a multilingual and multicultural environment

- Very fast learner, with ability to act on own initiative without guidance

- Time management and multitasking skills

- Heavy user of social-media platforms
