Are you a manufacturing engineer looking for an exciting opportunity further grow your skills?We are looking for a manufacturing engineer for our client based in Aargau. The main task is the introduction of a Manufacturing Execution System in a team of internal experts.

Your responsibilities will include:

• MES implementation (Manufacturing execution systems) for Industry 4.0
• Coach and train workers for the new MES system
• Studies operations sequence, material flow, functional statements, organization
• charts, and project information to determine worker functions and responsibilities
• Formulates complex sampling procedures and designs special or ad hoc forms
• and instructions for nonstandard recording, evaluating, and reporting
• Applies advanced statistical methods and performs mathematical calculations to
• determine manufacturing processes, staff requirements, and production standards
• Applies verbal and written communications skills in periodic and special reports
• and presentations both internally, with customers and suppliers
• Performs analytical problem solving and utilizes structured decision-making skills

Whom we are looking for:

• Engineering degree (HES or equivalent) in a technical matter; preferred Mechanical
• Engineering, Automation, Electronic Engineering or Software Engineering
• Working experience in an industrial environment, medical device or pharma preferred
• Preferred experience in a highly regulated environment (knowledge of standards such as
• ISO13485, GAMP 5)
• Business Level Knowledge of English is a must in addition to site language
• Ability to utilize oral communication, presentation and technical writing skills to
• accomplish departmental goals and objectives
• Ability to work with multi-skilled team
• Fluent to communicate in Italian or English and German
• Uses MS Office Suite. SAP, Agile and Windchill are a plus
