For one of our client, a global pharma company, we are looking for a SIS Project Manager for Instrument Assets where you will collaborate with the full team to understand, plan and track the progress of the individual projects, to maintain a consolidated overview and support the communication within the team but also to the outside. You will be given the responsibility for the harmonization of the project set up regarding project planning, project implementation, progress- & cost control and communication.

Requirements

  • Project Management excites you. On the one hand you have profound technical skills in project management and on the other hand you are a great communicator
  • Several years of project management experience in the diagnostic environment, focusing on product development projects, typically in the area of lab diagnostics
  • You’re someone who wants to influence your own development. You’re looking for a company where you have the opportunity to pursue your interests across functions and geographies. Where a job title is not considered the final definition of who you are, but the starting point
  • Prior project management experience in an Agile SW development environment / Microsoft / TFS environment would be a valuable asset

Education

  • Completed studies in the field of engineering, natural sciences or comparable vocational training or further education
  • Project management certification (e.g. IPMA, PMI, PRINCE2) is an advantage
  • Fluency in English is mandatory and German is desirable – spoken and written

Soft Skills

  • Self-motivated and very interested in project management
  • Strong organizational, methodological and communication skills
  • Ability to capture complex problems, analyze them and translate them into solutions
  • Autonomous, structured and goal-oriented working methods and a good team player
  • Self-leadership and self-reflection abilities
  • Interest in the diagnostics sector and products
  • Flexibility to travel up to 10%

IT Skills

  • Microsoft Office, especially excel
  • MS Project & MS Visio
  • VBA for Excel & SQL would be an additional asset
