We are committed to bringing meaningful innovation to global health by combating major threats to the health of people worldwide.Main ResponsibilitiesThe aim of the position is to support the CAR-T R&D project to support a routine GMP manufacturing process and support tech transfer / process scale up of the process.Support of tech transfer / process scale up and equipment qualification and creating associated documentation for GMP OperationsTraining of Operators on written Documents (MBR or process equipment related documents)Support routine GMP manufacturing and help in trouble shootingManaging of Quality Issues, Root Cause Analysis and InvestigationSystem Owner for Complex EquipmentsSupport Compliance team with SOP, WIs, Job aids harmonization initiatives across site qualification Who we are looking forMaster or Bachelor degree in Bio-Engineering / Biotechnology / Biology / BiochemistryWork experience in GMP compliant biotechnological/pharmaceutical manufacturing or developmentExcellent problem solving and analytical capabilitiesTeam player and a personality with excellent interpersonal communication skillsCapacity to communicate fluently in English and GermanThis job based in Bern, Switzerland will initially be limited for 12 months.
