For our client of the finance sector in the city of Zurich, we are currently looking for a motivated, friendly, outgoing HR personality. The assignment is planed from the 01.06 until the 31.12.2022. If you are ready for a new challenge, then we are looking for you as:

HR Generalist (m/f/d) 60-80%

Your tasks:

  • You are responsible for the personnel support of a defined group of employees
  • You support payroll in cooperation with a local payroll provider including all upstream and downstream activities
  • You will advise employees and middle management on all relevant human resources and labor law issues
  • You are the contact person for the entire employee lifecycle (support for new hires and departures as well as internal transfers, payroll accounting, preparation of employment contracts and references)
  • You are responsible for the complete recruiting process in a 360-degree approach, from the advertisement to the contract offer in German and English.
  • You coordinate and conduct job interviews together with the executives, with a focus on personal fit
  • You will provide support in national and, if necessary, international HR projects and also take on special topics

qualification

Your profile:

  • Completed business studies with a focus on human resources and / or training as an HR specialist.
  • You have several years of professional experience in human resources management in an international company
  • You are business fluent in English and German
  • You have a hands-on mentality with a strong service orientation as well as a confident and friendly manner
  • You have very good knowledge of Swiss tax, social security and labor law
  • You have experience with SAP HCM, SAP Success Factors/Employee Central
  • You are flexible and have a quick grasp of changing business requirements and processes
  • You have a self-motivated and accurate work ethic and enjoy working with people
  • You have advanced knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office application (Excel, Power Point, Word)
