For a Nestlé entity based in Vevey we are looking for a

Recruitment Partner - 100% - 5 months (maternity cover)

starting date 01.05.2021

A Day in the Life of a Recruitment Partner

Propose and execute the most suitable recruitment strategy, advising and acting on appropriate sourcing channels
Manage E2E recruitment processes, mostly for R&D entities for Nestlé in Switzerland
Counsel and guideline managers on the required technical competences & soft skills for the role, while collaborating with HR community
Liaise with external/internal partners
Ensure appropriate reporting on recruitment activities

qualification

3+ years of experience in the recruitment industry
Experience in R&D would be an asset
University degree or equivalent
Good knowledge of Microsoft office tools and experience in using professional social networks (Linkedin, Xing, etc)
Experience in stakeholders' management
Problem solver with strong business acumen
Excellent communication and influencing skills
Fluent in English, any other language would be a plus
