For our client, a market-leader in outsourcing of corporate services provider, we are currently looking for a Payroll & HR Manager for their office in Zurich.

You will be responsible for managing a small but growing team and deliver top class payroll and HR services to a portfolio of domestic companies and international clients. 

Your responsibilities:

- The management of the client relationship 

- Preparation of Swiss filing requirements for a portfolio of clients -> payroll returns, VAT, corporate tax

- Ensuring client deadlines and deliverables

- Improve the internal processes

- Liaising with staff, management and clients on HR and payroll-related issues

- Internal payroll

- Assist with the pricing of new business proposals

 

Your qualifications:

- Recognised Swiss certificate(s) in payroll and HR Administration

- 5+ years experience in payroll administration

- Experienced in Swissdec certified payroll systems

- Good knowhow of general Swiss employment law and social insurances

- Strong communication skills in English and German

- Previous experience in managing a small team of accountants and/or payroll administrators
