Talent Sourcer Campus for our Experienced and Campus Recruitment organization 80-100%

For our client, Credit Suisse in Zürich Oerlikon, we are searching for a fluent German speaking Talent Sourcer Campus.

We offer

  • You an unique role as a Talent Sourcer to the Credit Suisse Experienced and Campus Recruitment organization
  • Being part of the Executive Sourcing team, you work in close collaboration with assigned Recruitment Partners to dedicatedly and efficiently process top–rated Interns and Summer Interns as well as qualified candidates from Campus events - that you attend - into Career Start positions
  • You will manage the campus talent and candidate pools and source, pre-select, identify and submit qualified candidates for a variety of Career Start positions
  • You evaluate the potential of Internship and Summer Internship graduates by conducting exit interviews, obtaining hiring manager feedbacks and offering career mentoring to be able to best position them for new Career Start positions
  • In addition you track the top performing Interns in a designated CRM system
  • You get the chance to attend Campus events and liaise with future prospects as an important branding activity and source for future Campus hires
  • Support and promote Internal Mobility initiatives by advising candidates on career options and presenting them to Recruitment Partners, Hiring Managers and other HR committees
  • You get the opportunity to participate in special projects
  • Maintain data accuracy and integrity of internal systems regarding candidates’ data

You offer


  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree (University or University of Applied Sciences) in psychology, economics or political, social or human sciences
  • You gained proven experience in a similar role or in a dynamic and face-paced organizational context
  • You have the ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates
  • You have a dedicated and process driven approach to find and engage the best candidates as well as to build a solid knowledge base in areas of expertise
  • To be successful in this role, you have expertise in stakeholder management, service delivery, subject expertise, communication, accountability and process control
  • You have knowledge in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Taleo and Candidate Relationship Management Systems (CRM) such as Avature and/or Yello
  • Excellent written and oral language skills in German and English, any other languages is a benefit
