Have you been looking for a chance to really make a difference in a growing company? You might just be the Senior Network Engineer we're looking for!
This isn't just any job - you'll be the one solving complex customer incidents and service requests, keeping our clients happy and meeting those all-important SLAs.

We're all about Cisco solutions, providing top-notch end-to-end network solutions for our international clients and partners. You'll be right in the thick of it, installing network infrastructure, deinstalling legacy equipment, and maintaining customer equipment. Got a knack for problem-solving and analysis? You'll fit right in!

In this role, you'll be:

  • Handling complex customer incidents and service requests, making sure our SLAs are met and our customers are happy. 
  • Installing network infrastructure, deinstalling legacy equipment, and maintaining customer equipment.
  • Working with top-of-the-line Cisco solutions, delivering end-to-end network solutions for our international clients and partners
  • Problem-solving and analysis will be part of your daily routine, so bring your A-game!
We're looking for a candidate who ticks these boxes:
  • 3-4 years' experience in a network security engineer role, with a CCNP certification or CCNA working towards CCNP level
  • In-depth understanding of Routing/Switching (OSPF, BGP, VPC, VSS, VRF, and Spanning Tree)
  • Experience with security solutions such as Next Gen Firewalls (Cisco, Meraki, Palo Alto, Fortinet, or similar), Cisco ISE, and VPNs
  • Experience managing datacenter network using Cisco ACI or equivalent, and deploying Cisco SD Access and SDWAN
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure like Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud is a plus - but don't worry, we provide training too
  • Fluent in English and German
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail, self-motivated and proactive. Bring your ability to work independently and passion to work with a team!
