Customer Guidance: Providing expert advice and conducting training sessions for customers on the effective utilization of the implemented systems.
Documentation: Developing comprehensive operational and acceptance documentation tailored to the customer's needs.
Support in Design Phase: Collaborating in the design phase and aiding in "Proof of Concept" installations to ensure the seamless integration of solutions.
Service Billing: Responsible for tracking and ensuring billable services align with client agreements.
Operational Support: Assisting in taking over operational support responsibilities for individual customers.
2nd and 3rd Level Support: Offering expert support at both the 2nd and 3rd levels, addressing complex issues and ensuring system integrity.
Your qualifications should ideally encompass:
Educational Background: A degree or certified training as a Computer Scientist (EFZ) or in the electrical/electronic sector.
IT Expertise: Several years of extensive IT experience.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with industry-specific practices is advantageous (printing)
System Engineering: Profound experience as a System Engineer, particularly within the Microsoft Windows server environment.
Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, Azure/Cloud environments, Regex, as well as Group Policy Management, Active Directory (AD), and Internet Information Services (IIS).
Methodical Approach: An inherently systematic and structured work style, coupled with robust conceptual skills.
