Technical Trainer (DE/EN).

Do you have experience working with CNC? Would you like to work as a Technical Knowledge Trainer? Our client is looking for a Service Application Engineer, who would be a part of a disciplinary team, dedicated to the training of technicians in the field and participate in the new product development.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring that technicians on field will be able to install, operate, maintain, troubleshoot and giving the customers prompt and accurate technical assistance.
• Delivering comprehensive technical machine trainings and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product knowledge and contribute to product development initiatives.
• Creating / Updating a consistent documentation for the specialists.
• Providing a good sharing of the know how to field service people by any means within the organization. This requires a technical understanding to be captured from R&D or technical support team and a good sense of simplification and vulgarization in order to make the content understandable.
• Participating in new product launches by being integrated in R&D projects to ensure the deliverables of specialist documentation and trainings defined in the process of new products.

Desired Profile:

• Bachelors / Master in mechanical engineering, biomedical engineering, or similar
• Min. 3 years of related experience as a Technician/ Mechanical or Electrical Engineer
• Previous experience working with CNC machines
• English fluent and German fluent (must have)
