For our client, an international company in Baar, we are looking for a 
Vendor Management Contract Analyst III
 
  • Start date: ASAP
  • End: 6 months
  • Extension: possible
  • Workplace: Baar
  • Workload: 100%
Role supports .... divestiture effort and contract separation governance activities, including vendor outreach management and liaising with internal/external stakeholders on cross-functional initiatives.
Analyze contract terms to determine the obligations of both parties. Review and draft amendments, consent notification, create Transitional Serivce Agreements (TSA) and contract assignments. Ensure that all parties are fulfilling contract obligations.

Tasks & Responsibilities:
  1. Responsible for the execution of the agreements in a consistent, compliant, efficient manner with high quality.
  2. Expected distribution of responsibilities would include management of Agreements and other contract related work to support Procurement needs.
  3. For clinical program needs, the role liaises across Procurement .
  4. Role also support execution of vendor contracts that are not directly supported by Procurement (under dollar value threshold) within the policies and guidelines established by Procurement, Legal and Compliance.
  5. This role will work with the Procurement, legal and operational department functions on reviewing, developing and establishing new MSAs, amendments, Novation, Assignment, Replacment, Separation contracts.
  6. Execution and Coordination of Contracting Process. - - Liaise with appropriate stakeholders for timely execution of vendor contracts.
  7. Review and negotiation of Vendor Contracts in accordance with company policy and requirements as well as applicable law.
  8. Timely and compliant execution of Vendor Contracts for GCO clinical program and certain non-clinical program needs in accordance with Vendor Contracting policy and established processes.
  9. Coordination of agreement completion, execution, distribution and filing within the company database. Maintenance of an up to date tracking system.
  10. Timely escalation of issues as required for efficient resolution.
  11. Identify process inefficiencies and compliance gaps and participate in process improvement initiatives. .

Must Haves:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in vendor management, contract analysis, or procurement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Knowledge of contract law and vendor management best practices is a plus.
