Are you our new colleague? We're looking for a

branch manager in Lausanne

your typical day includes

  • You will develop and maintain long-standing and strategic relationships with more complex clients and candidates in the white-collar arena offering a consultative recruitment solution suited to their needs.

  • You will implement and evaluate recruitment strategies, policies and initiatives to sustain the continuous improvement of the team.

  • You are responsible for leading the office team (3 people) in an inspirational manner and steering the recruitment consultants in their sales activities to generate outstanding results.

  • You are ensuring that there is alignment with the company systems/processes used within the branch. You will work with the stakeholders to provide advice and training and use innovative recruitment and selection ideas to attract, engage and select.

  • You are aiming to maximize opportunity within your given market to hit/exceed given targets for yourself, your team/branch, and Randstad.


your background

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or six years of full-time work experience

  • Two year's direct sales experience with a proven track record measured by increased responsibilities

  • Sales experience within a personnel service organization preferable

  • One year of leadership / management experience in a sales or service oriented staff

  • Ability to make sound business decisions in a fast-paced environment

  • Ambitious, driven and determined to meet and exceed financial targets and activity KPI's

  • You're driven, passionate, and enthusiastic and you love connecting with new people

  • You are confident with high levels of personal motivation, drive and enthusiasm

  • Exceptional stakeholder management, diagnosing and consulting skills

  • Strong understanding of the drivers of culture, engagement and employer branding

  • You have the ability to successfully navigate complex, ambiguous environments

  • Your are able to translate business priorities into organizational development solutions

  • Excellent written and verbal communication interpersonal / influencing skills with experience of coaching, facilitating & influencing teams

  • You are thriving with pace, change, growth & ambiguity

  • Demonstrated high-level Business tech systems and computer skills and eagerness to experiment with new digital tools

  • Excellent command of French and English language, German is an asset
