For a Nestlé entity based in Vevey we are looking for an immediate on boarding a

Recruitment Coordinator - 100% - 12 months

Support a variety of activities in close collaboration with Recruitment Partners on an End-to-End hiring process
Creating and publishing of job advertisements in various media sources: Nestlé careers website, LinkedIn and other job boards
Coordinating interview recruitment process for various positions
Follow up on activities for the whole recruitment team, in a continuous improvement mindset
Building and improving reporting tools, dashboards
In charge of ad hoc projects, develop knowledge to become the expert in some parts of the recruitment process

Bachelor degree or equivalent
First experience in an HR environment would be a plus
Experience in reporting (developing dashboards) would be a plus
Excellent knowledge of MS office tools, especially at ease with Excel ; knowledge of Power BI is a plus
TRILINGUAL : German, French and English
