Business Data Analyst
in order to strengthen its structure in Tessin.
This figure support strategic marketing up-selling and cross-selling initiatives of the Group. She/He will work in a highly qualified dedicated team of experienced professionals in Customer Analytics, Business Intelligence and Information Management.
Specifically, her/his main tasks and responsibilities will be linked to:
- Work closely together with marketing specialists to understand their needs in terms of data to operate and steer their marketing strategies.
- Develop customer profiling and customer profitability indicators based on demographic and product usage behavioral data.
- Develop product specific response scoring models to optimize the up-selling and cross-selling targets, increasing sales and improving the customer experience.
- Develop scheduled procedures by extracting data from multiple data sources, perform data preparation, applying the forecasting models and selecting the targets using our internal advanced analytics platform.
- Analyze the performance of the marketing initiatives by implementing the correct control groups strategies.
