Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional in a technical environment & intellectual ability.
Experienced practitioner with the ability to work independently and unsupervised.
Previous experience in account management, requisition management, or a consultative recruiting role, where you served as the primary point of contact for Hiring Managers.
Proven experience in candidate generation, including building candidate pipelines and a track record of successful hires.
Demonstrated ability to understand clients' functional/technical hiring needs and translate them into effective candidate generation strategies, both passive and active.
Preferably, expertise in a specific area or domain based on the client's specific needs.
