Infrastructure Project Manager.

Our client : pharmaceutical industry, around 3000 employees in Switzerland, health and life-sciences
Contract : Randstad consultant (CDI)


Responsibilities
 

• Definition of project scope and objectives
• Prepare detailed project plans using tools as work breakdown structure (WBS)
• Manage relationships with customer and all stakeholders
• Project risk management
• Define roles and responsibilities across project teams
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors
• Create and maintain project documentation
• Manage changes to the project scope, projects schedules and projects costs
• Measure project performance and escalate to management if needed
• Manage and control the budget of the projects
• Define technical requirements of IT solutions to operations teams
• Ensure that proposed designs can be delivered to meet targets

 
Profile
 

• Experience in project management in complex organizations
• Experience managing wide technical projects / programs
• Experience managing infrastructure projects, involving Network, Telecommunications, Datacenter, Server & Storage technologies
• Experience developing comprehensive solutions using multiple infrastructure platforms and technical components
• Experience managing globally and cross-functionally
• Experience with Life Science and/or, Healthcare and Performance Materials industries
• Full understanding of and experience managing within constraints of GxP
• Experience using AGILE tools and framework

• Ability to manage several projects and deliver on time, within budget and scope to a high quality
• Great communicator with excellent organizational and time management skills
• Able to drive consensus / set mutually agreeable goals.
• Clear understanding of industry standard IT infrastructure platforms, terminology, and leading providers, including Network, Telecommunications, Datacenter, Server & Storage
• Knowledge of a variety of different project delivery methodologies
• GxP skills and training require
• English and French fluent
