Do you have a first experience or completed your training in IT support?
Ready for an exciting challenge in an innovative and dynamic environment with development opportunities?

This might be the right role for you!

Location: Biel
Remote: 2 days on a weekly basis
Type: full-time permanent contract

You will be part of a team to provide first level support for the whole group at a global scale.
 

Your challenge
  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems
  • Identify and solve technical problems remotely or onsite intervention
  • Manage the fault reports from the users
  • Support the system engineering team in second level support cases
  • Coordinate the services from the external partners
  • Manage future-oriented IT projects
  • Pole system of 3-6 weeks per year

Your profile
  • Education completed in the IT field
  • First professional experience as an IT Support Level 1
  • Knowledge in Windows, Mac OS Client, printers, scanners, and smartphones
  • Skilled in SAP Basis, SolMan, Citrix, VMware and Unified Communication is an plus
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Flexible to work on-call and for eventual travel
