QC Microbiology Senior Technician - 10 months temporary position

Your role

A new opportunity to join our Global Analytical Development Department as a « QC Microbiology Senior Technician » in the Analytical Operations and Quality Control Unit is open. In collaboration with a closely-knit cross functional team of very empowered workers, your position will be as follows :

Provide QC support during CQV activities of the utilities for the new Biotech Development Center (BDC) as well as provide expertise to support in the set up of the new Microbiology laboratory at the BDC

  • Ensure that all QC testing activities (Raw Materials, utilities) are performed according to the partners lead-times expectations, in order to guarantee a timely availability of the new areas and laboratories at the BDC, in compliance with applicable GMPs, pharmacopoeias and site quality standards
  • To support the analytical validations preparation and execution
  • To support the elaboration of the microbiological and other environmental monitoring techniques workflows according to company needs and expected timelines
  • To ensure the use of validated analytical methods and qualified equipment
  • Deliver data treatment and analytical reports of high quality
  • Interact with customers when needed, with the aim of result discussion or coordination of routine activity.

  • qualifiche

    Who you are:

    · You have a CFC or Bachelor's degree in biotechnology, microbiology or related discipline

    · At least 2-4 years expertise in Biotech Industry

    · Expertise in Microbiology is a must

    · Experience in Quality Control (method suitability in microbiology is a plus).

    · Knowledge of applicable cGMPs and pharmacopoeias

    · Fluent in French & English

    · You have rigorous attention to detail

    · You have a high degree of self-motivation, commitment, reliability and flexibility
