Main Responsibilities:

As the Data Science Lead, you will be responsible for driving product innovation and strategy specifically for citizen developers in the Janssen Supply Chain:

  • Lead the data science team to drive product innovation and strategy specifically for citizen developers in the Janssen Supply chain
  • Collaborate with Business stakeholders to develop and execute product strategy that empowers citizen developers to create applications using low-code and no-code platforms
  • Conduct market research to identify market trends and opportunities for low-code and no-code platforms
  • Define product vision and roadmap for the Citizen Development program
  • Oversee experimentation and product testing to ensure product quality meets requirements for JSC Citizen developers
  • Lead and manage the data science PD Support team to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of work - work closely with internal stakeholders, such as JNJ Learn, to identify training needs and ensure all supported technologies have proper training for optimal usage
  • Build strong partnerships with external stakeholders, such as Databricks, Microsoft, and Tableau, to stay up-to-date with industry best practices and guide community members accordingly
  • Collaborate with Site Leads, D&T Leads, and Domain Leads to gather insights on business needs that can be supported by the CD program
  • Continuously assess and optimize D&DS business processes to identify areas for improvement and cost saving

  • Qualifikationen

    Who we are looking for:

    • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, data science, or related fields
    • Experience with citizen development and low-code/no-code platforms
    • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to lead a team and work collaboratively with stakeholders
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly present complex information to technical and non-technical stakeholders
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, ideally demonstrated experience in defining product vision and roadmap
    • Hands-on experience with data analysis, and modeling tools such as Python, R, or SQL, ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
    • Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience working in an agile product development environment

    This job based in Zug or Schaffhausen, Switzerland will initially be limited to 12 months.
