We are looking for a profile a for a famous Swiss Private Bank : Operation Specialist -

You will be in charge of Market instructions set up and internal bookings for cross-border transfers.


Main responsabilities

Performing cross-border transfers.

Mutual fund custody transfers.

Swiss nominatives shares (de)registration.

Instructing DVP/RVP on the market.

Handling collateral instructions and bookings.

Daily/weekly/monthly controls.

Transfer agent account openings for mutual funds.

Contact with front office employees in relation to questions/issues raised and providing an answer/resolution within SLA.

Contact with custodians and internal departments as necessary to receive desired information/decision.

  • Qualifikationen

    Experience required

    Experience in securities transfer required ( 3/5 years)

    Bachelor Degree
