Job Details

Do you enjoy working in an inclusive, team-oriented, multicultural and professional environment? In this key position you will have a versatile role within the Operations team at our client and support the Lead of Operations and the COO of our Audit function.

  • You will help manage the project portfolio and support our project managers and leaders with governance, best practices and sometimes lead your own small projects.
  • You drive change management topics as part of the team, help with internal communications (through writing, reviewing, and guiding/coaching) for Audit, and focus on choosing the right channels and messages depending on the audience.
  • You will help create powerful and professional external communications (e.g., presentations, fact sheets, contracts, or letters) for our clients to make a big impact.
  • You will be responsible for organizing our internal Audit Eco System board meetings, creating a rolling agenda, task management and writing minutes, and supporting the Operations Lead in administrative areas.
