Requirements:
- At least 2 years experience in the hospitality or tourism industry
- Experience interpreting data on client feedback;
- Proficient in MS Office (advanced Excel skills) and Outlook;
- Fluent command of the English language, both written and spoken;
- Good interpersonal, communication skills;
- Good problem-solving skills;
- Ability to navigate complexity and develop solutions that benefit all stakeholders involved
- Capable of working independently and as a team;
- Ability to prioritize own work, to efficient time management and to work under pressure to meet deadlines;
- Accurate and accountable;
- Knowledge of AI tools and coding software is a plus
